Refund policy
At MODA, we take pride in offering carefully selected merchandise and encourage customers to review their purchases before completing checkout.
Returns
All Sales Are Final.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only if you receive an incorrect or mislabeled item.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in new condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by MODA before an exchange is issued.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, missing tags, stains, odors, or removed tags will not qualify for an exchange.
In-Store Exchanges
Approved exchanges are processed in-store only and are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or mislabeled item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review your request and arrange an exchange.
